Warranty and returns
How warranty works for products supplied through our Istanbul hub, and how to make a claim.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Manufacturer's warranty
Every product carries the manufacturer's warranty, on the terms, duration and exclusions published by the manufacturer. Warranty periods differ by brand and product; you find them in the product's warranty document, or ask us with the model name. We do not add a warranty of our own.
2. Who to contact
Make your claim with the company you bought the product from. If you bought from an installer or dealer, contact them: they open the claim with us.
If you bought directly from us, open a claim on our support page after logging in to your account. Have ready the serial number of each product, a photo of its serial label, photos or a short video of the fault, the error code and, if you have it, the invoice or order number.
3. What we do
- We check the serial number and that the information the manufacturer needs is complete.
- We submit the claim to the manufacturer and coordinate the return (RMA).
- Where the manufacturer needs diagnostic data, we may guide you to collect it, for example logs from the monitoring app. This is for the warranty assessment only, not general technical support.
- We carry out the remedy the manufacturer decides: repair, replacement or credit.
The manufacturer decides whether a claim is accepted.
4. Returns and costs
Warranty returns go to our Istanbul warehouse (34522 Esenyurt / İstanbul), and replacements are collected from the same warehouse. Dismantling, packing, transport in both directions, reinstallation and any site visit are at the buyer's cost and risk.
If a returned product is found not to be defective, or the fault is not covered, the testing, handling and freight costs are charged to the buyer.
5. What the warranty does not cover
- Installation not in line with the manufacturer's instructions, or by unqualified persons
- Misuse, negligence or incorrect operation
- Incompatible components
- Grid disturbances, surges, lightning and other external events
- Modifications or repairs not approved by the manufacturer
- Unsuitable storage or site conditions
- Transport damage after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
Labour, dismantling and reinstallation costs, loss of energy yield, downtime and other consequential costs are not covered.
6. Installation and configuration
We supply products only. For installation, configuration, monitoring set-up or troubleshooting, please contact your installer or the manufacturer's support line.
7. Your legal rights
These conditions do not limit any rights you have under mandatory law, including Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
